JP Healthcare Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-regulated children's residential home in North London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care while supporting children and young people to achieve outstanding outcomes.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards whilst leading a motivated and dedicated staff team.
Responsibilities
* Overall operational management
* Safeguarding leadership
* Staff recruitment and development
* Quality assurance
* Budget management
* Ofsted compliance
* Building strong professional partnerships
* Delivering excellent outcomes for young people
Essential Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
* Level 3 Residential Childcare
* Minimum two years' Registered Manager experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's home (within the last five years)
* Strong safeguarding knowledge
* Good understanding of Children's Homes Regulations 2015
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
