Multi Skilled Technician / Bodyshop Technician

I am currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop who are looking to add a qualified Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to their busy site in Birmingham area.
Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician roles and responsibilities:
Carrying out a variety of aspects within a Bodyshop
Completing full paint processes including prep, masking, colour mixing, spraying, and finishing
Repairing / replacing panels and bumpers, refurbishing and renovating used cars ready for resale, attending to and repairing scratches, scuffs and dents and paintwork to larger area's of pre-owned and customer vehicles including insurance work.
Stripping and refitting components
Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician:
At least 2 years experience as an automotive Panel / MET / Paint
ATA/ NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
Experience in Paint Spraying
Strip and Fit
Strong attention to detail
A fast and accurate worker
Highly organised with a flexible approach to working pattern
Benefits:
Paying up to £39,500 basic salary
Bonus opportunity
40 per week, 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
