Monday - Friday | 8:45am - 5:00pm | No Weekends

Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for your next opportunity in Manchester City Centre?

We're looking for a customer-focused Lettings & Sales Consultant to join a busy, independently owned estate agency. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining lettings, sales and customer service in a supportive team environment.

The Role

Arrange and conduct lettings and sales viewings

Register and qualify applicants

Negotiate offers and progress sales and tenancies

Respond to enquiries by phone, email and online

Carry out inspections and check-outs

Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and contractors

Generate new business opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service

About You

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings & Sales Consultant

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Full UK driving licence
