Our client Oldham Council is looking for a Generic Adults Social Worker to join their service.
Key Responsibilities
Completing Care Act Assessments and reviews.
Undertaking Mental Capacity Assessments (MCAs) and best-interest decision-making processes.
Completing and reviewing risk assessments and risk management plans.
Managing complex casework, including coordination with multi-agency professionals and services.
Responding to and investigating safeguarding concerns in line with statutory duties and local safeguarding procedures.
Maintaining accurate and timely case records and reports.
Working collaboratively with service users, carers, colleagues, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.Benefits of working with Remedy
