Senior Process Analyst
Outside IR35 | 3-Month Contract
West Sussex | Hybrid (Minimum 2 days onsite)
My client, a leading UK utility company is looking for an experienced Senior Process Analyst to join a major business transformation programme. This role will be responsible for leading process discovery, optimisation, governance, and automation readiness activities across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and optimisation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Produce and quality-assure BPMN 2.0 process maps, SIPOCs, RACIs, and related process artefacts.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, digitisation, and automation.
Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Process Analysts, providing oversight, task allocation, and quality assurance.
Act as an escalation point for complex process and stakeholder issues.
Essential Experience
Previous experience leading or mentoring a team of analysts or process professionals.
Strong Process Analysis, Business Analysis, or Continuous Improvement background.
Proven experience with BPMN 2.0 process mapping and process optimisation.
Experience leading complex cross-functional process improvement programmes.
Strong hands on ARIS experience is essential.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience identifying automation and digital transformation opportunities.
Desirable
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
Utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or other regulated industry experience.
Exposure to Power Platform, RPA, AI, or process automation technologies.
