An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Paint Preparation Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business.
Working as part of a busy paint shop, you will be responsible for preparing precision-engineered components prior to the painting and finishing process. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to high-quality standards.
The Role
* Mask precision-engineered components ready for paint.
* Degrease and prepare parts before painting.
* Prepare components for paint and anodising processes.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Work to detailed customer specifications.
* Maintain excellent quality standards throughout production.
* Ensure a safe and tidy working environment.
About You
* Previous experience within a paint preparation, masking or finishing role.
* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude.
