Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a new opportunity this September? Aspire People is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in the B29 area of Birmingham for an inspiring Year 3 Teacher to join their team for the new academic year.

This is an exciting opportunity to teach a vibrant Year 3 class, helping pupils make a successful transition into Key Stage 2. The school is looking for a passionate teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, inspire a love of learning, and create a positive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

### The Role:

* Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure all children achieve their potential.
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

### The Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is desirable, although strong Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* A creative and engaging teaching style.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best.
