Class 1 Driver

Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E) - Trunking Only - no handballing required
Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: £17.98 - £20.17 p/h (Holiday pay rolled up for the higher rate)
Bonus Payment: £150 for signing up and working 12 weeks
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 07:30 start times
Licence: Class 1 licence - essential
Experience: Minimum 12 months Class 1 experience required

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for a reliable, experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our clients team and play a vital role in keeping the supply chain moving. This is a permanent position with a well known transport company based in Manchester.

What You'll Do:
Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on planned routes
Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete relevant paperwork
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries or collections
Follow all driving laws and company procedures
Represent the company professionally at client sitesWhat You Need:

A valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
A current UK Driver CPC (DCPC) card and a valid Digital Tachograph card
Up to 6 points accepted on licence (No DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements)
A professional attitude and good communication skillsYou must be a UK resident to be considered for this opportunity. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
