We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for temporary assignments across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects with an established and reputable contractor.

The Role

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works to a high standard. The role requires a flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to undertake a variety of trade tasks while maintaining excellent workmanship and customer service.

Typical Duties

General property maintenance and repairs
Carpentry (1st and 2nd fix)
Basic plumbing repairs
Painting and decorating
Tiling and patch plastering
Installing and repairing fixtures and fittings
Reactive and planned maintenance
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardRequirements

Previous experience working as a Multi-Trade Operative or Maintenance Operative
Competent across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Valid CSCS card essential
