Senior Property Manager

Property Manager / Senior Property Manager – Middlesex (Hybrid) – Up to £60k

We’re working with a long established, highly reputable and multi award winning Property Management company who are looking to hire a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager as follows:

* Working on a hybrid basis (2 days office, 3 days home) reporting into a Middlesex based office Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm

* 3 - 5+ years’ Block Management experience with a stable career history

* Driving license

* ATPI qualification desirable but not essential and can be supported in post

* Management of a long held, compact and high-quality mixed portfolio of developer, freeholder, and RMC Blocks.

* Undertaking the full range of Property Management duties from budget setting to major works management, insurance provision, and site inspection.

* Ensuring compliance with industry best practice and regulation, including H&S

* Utilising in-house administrative and accounting support to provide residents and clients with a responsive, transparent, and high-quality property management service.

* Excellent career path open to all based on performance and tenure

Salary for the successful Property Manager / Senior Property Manager will start at up to £60k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance. Benefits include 23 days holiday, 4 days off at Christmas, private healthcare, funded study (for property qualifications) and pension.
