Your role as a Residential Support Worker

You will work within a children’s residential setting, providing day-to-day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling. Your role will include:

Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people

Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence

Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way

Being a calm, reliable presence during both good and challenging days

What we are looking for

At least 6 months of full-time care experience within the last 3 years

A minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people within the last 3 years

The right to work in the UK
