RG SetSquare is currently recruiting an experienced Plasterer to work on long-term social housing contracts across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, professional team with a consistent workload, company vehicle, and excellent benefits.
Salary & Benefits
£180 per day
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 4:00pm
Company van provided
Fuel card
Long-term, consistent work on established social housing contracts
Supportive and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, bonding, float and set, patch repairs, and full room re-skims.
Complete plastering works within occupied and void social housing properties.
Prepare walls and ceilings by hacking off, bonding, and making surfaces ready for finishing.
Repair damaged plasterwork to a high standard.
Ensure all plastering work is completed with a smooth, professional finish.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Deliver excellent customer service while working within tenants' homes.
Complete all work safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.
Work closely with supervisors and scheduling teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Plasterer.
Previous experience working within social housing, repairs, or property maintenance is desirable.
Excellent plastering skills, including skimming, bonding, float and set, patch repairs, and making good.
High standard of workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
