Business Applications Analyst 6-Month Contract | London Market Insurance | Hybrid

Key Requirements

* Experience providing 1st & 2nd line application support within the London Insurance Market.

* Strong knowledge of underwriting, policy administration and claims systems.

* Experience with Xuber or a similar London Market platform.

* Support incidents, system enhancements, upgrades, testing and UAT.

* Basic SQL knowledge and experience troubleshooting data issues.

* Strong stakeholder management skills, working with business users, vendors and technology teams.

* Knowledge of Lloyd's and London Market processes.

The Role

A hands-on role supporting and improving business-critical insurance applications, working closely with Underwriting, Operations and Technology teams to ensure systems remain stable, effective and aligned to business needs.
