Commando Software Engineer - C# .NET Core

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in C# .NET Core to join our dynamic team on the trading floor. This role is crucial for supporting USD swaps traders by developing, maintaining, and enhancing essential trading tools. You will collaborate with our global teams in Paris, New York, and Tokyo to deliver high-impact solutions that ensure efficient trading operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and code Front Office applications for the USD Swap trading desk, ensuring optimized and robust performance.
• Transition from tactical tools to long-term solutions that integrate seamlessly with our target information system applications.
• Provide daily operational support to the USD Swap desk to maintain application functionality.
• Engage in change management processes and design new solutions for Risk and PnL based on existing data sources.
• Industrialize USD Swap trading tools to enhance trading efficiency.
• Contribute actively to the commando community and provide backup support to colleagues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a developer on a trading floor, with a strong background in software engineering.
• Proficient in C#, with additional skills in Python and VBA desirable.
• Experience with Swaps, Bonds, or Equity products is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of software factory concepts and practices.
