Portfolio Control Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage daily fund and investment operations across a range of portfolio types, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of key activities.
• Analyse cash flows, transactions and portfolio holdings to investigate and resolve operational and reconciliation issues.
• Oversee operational controls and maintain accurate procedures to support consistent service delivery.
• Identify, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving complex queries and supporting business objectives.
• Contribute to change initiatives, special projects and the ongoing enhancement of investment operations.

What you bring

• Previous experience in fund administration, investment operations, portfolio services or a similar financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex operational issues.
• Experience working with portfolio, transaction and cash flow data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying efficiencies and driving continuous improvement.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.
