We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a busy manufacturing site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced FMCG environment, helping to maximise plant uptime while maintaining safe and reliable electrical systems.
Working as part of a multi-skilled engineering team, you'll play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance to keep production running efficiently.
⚡ What you'll be doing:
🔧 Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance
⚙️ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to minimise downtime
🛠️ Testing, inspecting, and maintaining electrical systems and building services equipment
🚨 Responding quickly to breakdowns and identifying root causes
📋 Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
🤝 Working closely with engineering teams and site personnel to ensure efficient service delivery
🦺 Following all Health & Safety procedures and statutory compliance requirements
👷♂️ What we're looking for:
🔹 Experience as an Electrical Engineer within Facilities Management, Manufacturing, or Industrial environments
🔹 Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience
🔹 Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and building services
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team
🔹 Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
⭐ Desirable:
✅ Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing environments
✅ Continuous improvement and root cause analysis experience
