You build trust quickly, enjoy developing relationships and want to become the person candidates call when they are ready to make a move.
You are resilient too. The best people are rarely easy to find, so you keep looking, engaging and nurturing when others might give up.
Your experience
Recruitment experience would be useful, particularly within a delivery or resourcing role, though it is not essential.
If you are new to recruitment, experience in B2B consultative sales is important. You will already know how to engage people, ask good questions and build relationships over time.
Most importantly, you are phone first, naturally curious and someone people feel comfortable relying on.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will be fundamental to how MTWO grows and operates moving forward.
Your focus will be on candidate generation across Print, Packaging & Signage. You will approach hard-to-find people who may not be actively looking, introduce yourself and build relationships long before they are ready to move.
There will also be plenty of database work with industry professionals we already know. You will never be short of people to speak with. You will reconnect, find out where they are now, what they are working on and whether the right opportunity could be of interest.
You will become the face of MTWO for candidates, providing honest advice, regular communication and an unrivalled level of candidate care.
