Recruitment Solutions is working to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager.
Established for over 50 years our Client is a family owned Retail Group that has a strong market presence on the high street and on line. As Finance Manager you will report to the CFO and will be supported by a small – professional and highly capable Finance team.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE TO BE THE NEXT FINANCE MANAGER
* CIMA / ACCA qualification or be close to qualification
* Advanced Excel skills / a knowledge of Xero is an advantage but not essential
* Experience of leading and developing a Finance team
* Proven track record of Operational experience – which for this Client will include – Stock and Fleet Management
* Financial Strategy and Control – including Management Reporting / Budget and Forecasting
* Systems and Process Optimisation
As the Finance Manager for this Client you will welcome continuous improvement and follow the mindset of always looking to do things better as the Group continues to expand.

* Annual Salary of c £50,000
* Annual Salary and Performance related Review
* 25 days hols PLUS Bank Hols
