Job Title: Van Driver with Forklift Licence – £13.50 per hour – Southend
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable Van Driver with a valid Forklift Licence to cover multiple local sites in the Southend area. This role involves driving between sites and carrying out loading and unloading duties using a forklift.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a van safely between multiple sites in the Southend area throughout the shift
Load and unload goods using a forklift at each site
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and collections
Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after shifts
Follow all health and safety procedures for driving and forklift operation
Maintain good communication with site teams regarding schedules and deliveries
Requirements:

Valid, in-date Forklift Licence (essential)
Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 3 penalty points
Previous experience in a similar driving and warehouse role is desirable
Good timekeeping and reliability
Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
Physically fit for loading and unloading duties
