An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a busy public sector team supporting the delivery of energy efficiency and housing improvement programmes.
This role offers excellent flexibility and would suit an organised administrator seeking part-time hours within a supportive and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining project records, databases and spreadsheets
* Accurate data entry and information management
* Completing reporting documentation and grant returns
* Liaising with external stakeholders and delivery partners
* Contacting residents regarding scheme applications and eligibility
* Supporting the administration of funded programmes
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Essential Requirements
* Previous administration experience
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience using Excel and Microsoft Office
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage workload independently
Desirable Experience
* Housing sector experience
* Public sector or local government experience
* Grant administration experience
