Catch 22 are recruiting for an experienced HSQE Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing Facilities Management business based in Wokingham.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance across a large multi-site portfolio, ensuring high standards are maintained while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver H&S, environmental and quality training
Maintain CHAS, ISO 14001 and support ISO 9001 accreditations
Conduct accident investigations and implement preventative measures
Review risk assessments and safe systems of work
Develop policies, procedures and compliance documentation
Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
Attend customer sites and company meetings across the region
About You:
Previous experience within the cleaning or FM sector
IOSH qualification (or equivalent H&S qualification)
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, COSHH and compliance processes
Experience managing ISO systems, CHAS and quality accreditations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
