Partnership Recruiting are currently working with a growing manufacturing business who are looking to add a Projects Co-Ordinator to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous project coordination or project administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with customers and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review client contract documentation to understand project requirements.

* Plan project milestones alongside internal teams.

* Manage project documentation through customer online portal systems.

* Organise and lead project kick-off and handover meetings.

* Coordinate delivery schedules with customers.

* Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

* Support the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a Project Co-Ordinator, Project Administrator or similar role.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.

* Confident working with customers and internal stakeholders.
