Neuro Rehabilitation Support Worker

Location: Holmewood, Chesterfield

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Are you a proactive, kind-hearted individual looking to make a meaningful difference?

Due to changes in service user needs at our dynamic, highly rated rehabilitation service in Holmewood, near Chesterfield, we are looking for passionate individuals to support individuals in relearning skills and recovering following an accident or brain injury.

You don't need extensive care experience to apply - we provide a robust, supportive induction that includes shadow shifts and equips you with all the knowledge you need to get started. Our culture is built on kindness, and we are proud to hold a 'Platinum' Investors in People accreditation and a CQC 'Outstanding' rating across all our inspected services.

What we offer:

Full-time (33 hours), part-time, and bank roles available.
A welcoming, close-knit team that genuinely cares about your wellbeing.
Ideal if you are considering a career change or working toward a future in social care, neuropsychology, or allied health (Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy).
Includes evenings and weekends.
We are looking for people with the following skills:

Kind and caring
Positive -with a 'can do attitude'
Enjoys working in a team
Enjoys a varied role with every day being different
Interested in people and rehabilitation
Interested in learning new things
Practical life experience
Working in a brain injury rehabilitation service is fast paced and dynamic as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life.

Our environment is about growth - supporting people who have had a brain injury succeed in their rehabilitation goals whilst also providing a space for staff to grow and develop.

The role does include all elements of personal care and transferring and manual handling.
