Production Operative

Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour break) | Friday, 7:30am – 2:00pm (30-minute break)
Pay: £15.00 per hour

Duties of a Bespoke Production Operative:

Manufacturing bespoke products to customer specifications.
Using a variety of hand tools and workshop equipment.
Reading and following job sheets and basic production drawings.
Measuring and assembling components accurately.
Carrying out quality inspections throughout the production process.
Working to daily production targets.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
What we would like from you:

Previous experience using hand tools.
Manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, joinery or workshop experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
A practical, hands-on approach to work.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
