Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity in a welcoming nursery setting?

We are currently working with a lovely nursery in Burnley that is seeking a dedicated and caring Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children's learning, development and well being during those crucial early years.

The Role:

Supporting children aged 0-5 years within the nursery setting
Creating a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment
Assisting with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
Encouraging children's social, emotional and educational development
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Supporting daily routines, including personal care where required
Contributing to observations and assessments in line with the EYFS frameworkThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
A sound understanding of the EYFS framework
A patient, caring and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
