* Manage staff recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisal, performance, and professional development in line with safer recruitment practices and organisational policy.

* Ensure staffing levels, mandatory training, and evidence-informed practice support high-quality support delivery.

* Maintain effective communication with local authorities, social workers, personal advisers, families (where appropriate), education providers, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes.

* Monitor and review young people's progress, adapting support plans to reflect changing needs and aspirations.

* Ensure safeguarding procedures are fully implemented and promote a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all young people.

* Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative systems in accordance with regulatory requirements.

* Represent the service professionally in multi-agency meetings, commissioning meetings, placement reviews, and Ofsted inspections, building strong relationships with local authorities and commissioning partners while upholding organisational values and professional standards.

* Minimum of 1 year's management experience within supported accommodation, residential childcare, leaving care, housing support, or a similar regulated setting.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience working with vulnerable young people aged 16–18 or within children's social care, supported accommodation, residential care, leaving care, or semi-independent services.
