Location: Coleshill, Birmingham
Pay: £12.74 per hour (increasing to £12.87 per hour after 12 weeks)
Contract: Temporary Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm
Driving: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the location

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are managed efficiently and enquiries are resolved professionally. Working closely with transport, warehouse and planning teams, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, stock availability and account queries
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Processing customer requests and updating internal CRM systems
Maintaining accurate customer records and order information
Using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems to manage customer data
Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met
Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, logistics, supply chain, retail or office-based environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
The ability to work within a supply chain supporting the drinks industry
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
