Legal Application Product Support Specialist

Role Overview:

The Legal Application Product Support Specialist is primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and business-as-usual operation of the firm's document platforms, including NetDocuments and file transfer applications. These platforms are critical to the secure creation, management, governance, and delivery of client and firm content.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a trusted, knowledgeable resource for NetDocuments and related document management applications, providing day-to-day functional support, guidance, and issue resolution to stakeholders.
* Support document governance and access management processes in line with client requirements, firm policies, and regulatory obligations.
* Where applicable, run ad hoc reports for NetDocuments and related document applications to support governance, compliance, and operational oversight.
* Create and manage NetDocuments security groups and other access controls to restrict and govern access to document content appropriately.
* Work with stakeholders to respond to operational requirements, triage issues, support routine service requests and changes, and capture enhancement needs where appropriate.
* Monitor service performance, user feedback, and operational trends to support service stability, identify issues, and implement practical improvements.
* Communicate operational issues, service improvements, enhancements, and defects to vendors, and work collaboratively to support prioritisation and resolution.
* Manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance, support, and routine change activity for NetDocuments and related applications.

Required Experience:

* Experience administering, configuring, and supporting document platforms, ideally NetDocuments (however are open to other DMS's) and secure file transfer solutions.
* Experience supporting the day-to-day operation of business-critical platforms, including incidents, routine changes, user support, and service administration.
* 5-10 years' experience in IT, platform support, or a related field.
* Experience in a law firm or similarly complex professional services environment.
