What You’ll Do:

As a valued member of the teaching team, you’ll:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Key Stage 3 & 4 learners
Assess progress and adapt teaching to meet individual pupil needs
Build positive relationships that inspire students to succeed
Create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
Support pupils of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs

What We’re Looking For:

We’d love to hear from teachers who:

Hold QTS (or equivalent) – or are working towards it
Have experience teaching Key Stage 3 and/or 4
Are enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to helping pupils succeed
Can motivate and support students from all backgrounds
Value creating a safe and inspiring learning environment

Requirements:

To work in this role, you'll need:

QTS (or equivalent)
EWC Registration (Teacher category)
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Two recent references from education settings
