The Role
You will:

Support students in achieving strong GCSE outcomes.
Contribute to curriculum development within the Science department.
Participate fully in departmental initiatives and whole-school activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards and share best practice.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
Be confident delivering Science across KS3 and GCSE.
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science education.
Be committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all learners.
Possess strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative department.
