Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years practitioner looking for a flexible role within a welcoming primary school? Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to work one day per week in a primary school within the Telford area from September 2026.

The Role
Working within the school's Early Years setting, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning opportunities that encourage children's academic, social and emotional development. You will provide both whole-class and small group support, helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential).

A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
