If you're highly organised, enjoy helping people and get genuine satisfaction from keeping lots of moving parts under control, this could be exactly the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing property business in Camberley that's built an excellent reputation for customer service. Thanks to continued growth and internal progression, they're looking to welcome two new people into their friendly, supportive team.

Previous property experience isn't essential. What's far more important is your ability to stay organised, communicate confidently and take ownership of your workload.

You'll enjoy this role if you love:

- Keeping customers informed and delivering excellent service
- Organising schedules and coordinating multiple jobs at once
- Booking contractors and ensuring work is completed on time
- Updating databases and maintaining accurate records
- Chasing progress and following things through to completion
- Building positive relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues
- Solving problems before they become problems but cope with resilience when the going gets tough - and it does sometimes

No two days are the same. One minute you'll be arranging maintenance appointments, the next you'll be updating customers, coordinating contractors, monitoring outstanding works or ensuring important deadlines aren't missed.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous administration, coordination or customer service experience
Is exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
Enjoys working in a busy environment where priorities change
Communicates confidently over the phone and by email
Is proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their work
Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
