Conrad Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary property consultancy seeking a Building Surveyor to join its growing Cambridge office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial, education, healthcare and public sector projects while enjoying flexible working, outstanding career development and long-term progression.
Whether you're recently qualified, working towards MRICS or already Chartered, this role offers exposure to both professional surveying and project management work within a highly experienced team.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Building surveys
Condition surveys
Defect analysis
Contract administration
Project management
Refurbishment and fit-out projects
Planned maintenance programmes
Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
Tendering and procurement
Client liaison and professional advice
You'll work across a varied property portfolio, providing technical expertise and delivering projects from inception through to completion.
What We're Looking For
Degree qualified in Building Surveying
Experience within a building consultancy or property consultancy
Strong technical knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence
MRICS is desirable but not essential. Candidates currently undertaking APC are strongly encouraged to apply.
