Bench / Workshop Joiner

Kenect Recruitment is seeking Skilled Workshop Joiners for a permanent role with our client, a growing business based just outside Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values career progression and offers a flexible working environment.

Requirements:

* Ability to read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and cutting lists.

* Proven experience in assembling and machining joinery products.

* Experience with woodworking machines (cross-cut saw, dimension saw, surface planer/thicknesser, spindle moulder, etc.) is desirable.

* Willingness to take on a variety of workshop tasks as required.

* Time-served with relevant joinery qualifications (NVQ, Diploma, or City & Guilds).

* Strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach to duties.

* Passion for joinery and carpentry.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday (start and finish times can be flexible).

Pay Rate:

* £16 – £20 per hour (dependent on experience and skill level).

* Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
