Oversee the daily operations of the aftersales department to ensure smooth workflow
Support and manage Service Advisors to deliver excellent customer service at all times
Achieve and maintain departmental targets related to profitability and operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer contacts
Monitor service processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Allocate resources effectively and assist with workload management
Contribute to the continuous improvement of aftersales processes and standardsRequirements of a Assistant Aftersales Manager:
Previous experience in an assistant or senior service advisor role or similar within the automotive industry
Proven leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good understanding of automotive aftersales processes
Motivated, customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
