We're recruiting for a Customer Account Executive to join a busy and growing business. This is a varied role combining customer service, account management support, sales administration and marketing. You'll build strong customer relationships, prepare quotations, coordinate projects and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
* Follow up quotations to maximise conversions.
* Support Account Managers with key customer accounts.
* Manage customer bookings and account administration.
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
* Liaise with planning and operational teams.
* Coordinate customer requirements through to delivery.
* Resolve customer queries professionally.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
* Support new business development activities.
* Contact prospective customers by phone and email.
* Generate and qualify new business leads.
* Produce customer reports and presentations.
* Create engaging social media content.
* Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions.
* Help maintain website and marketing materials.
* Monitor social media engagement.
* Research market trends and competitor activity.
* Work closely with internal departments.
Person Specification
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account management or marketing.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong administration and organisational abilities.
* Experience with social media for business.
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Professional, positive and customer-focused.
* Experience with Canva, Mailchimp or similar marketing tools would be an advantage
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
