Electronics Test Technician

We are looking for an Electronics Test Technician to support the testing and validation of PCB assemblies and electronic products, with a particular focus on RF testing and ATE.
You will work across prototype, development, and production phases to ensure products meet performance, quality, and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out testing, fault-finding, and validation of PCB assemblies and electronic products
* Perform RF testing and measurement to verify product performance against specification
* Support ATE-based test processes for production and product verification
* Diagnose faults to component, board, and system level and support root cause analysis
* Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve test coverage, product quality, and yield
Requirements
* Experience in an Electronics Test Engineer or similar electronics test role
* Strong background in PCB testing, diagnostics, and fault-finding
* Experience of RF testing and measurement techniques
* Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
Desirable
* Qualification in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
* Experience supporting prototype, NPI, or production test activities
* Knowledge of design for test (DFT) principles
* Experience working in sectors such as telecoms, aerospace, defence, or high-reliability electronics
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
