We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, working across a prestigious commercial site in Swindon.

The Role
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services equipment within a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance.
* Service, maintain and repair pumps, motors and associated mechanical plant.
* Mechanical fault finding and repairs.
* Maintain commercial building services equipment.
* Complete maintenance records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
* Work closely with the site team to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
* Previous experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services.
* Strong knowledge of pumps, motors and mechanical plant.
* Experience carrying out maintenance in commercial buildings.
* Excellent fault-finding skills.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
