Location: Reading
Salary: Up to £23.00 per hour DOE + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday | Rotating Early & Late Shifts
Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a role that offers excellent earning potential, industry-leading training and genuine career progression?
We're recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join a busy, modern workshop in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to work with the latest vehicle technology while benefiting from structured manufacturer training, outstanding benefits and long-term career development.
What's on Offer:
·Up to £23.00 per hour depending on experience
·Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday-Saturday and Double Time on Sundays & Bank Holidays

The Role:
·Service, maintain and repair HGVs
·Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
·Carry out inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT
·Complete repairs in line with manufacturer standards
·Accurately complete workshop documentation
·Support apprentices and trainee technicians where required
What We're Looking For:
·NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
·Previous experience as an HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Full UK Driving Licence
·HGV Licence advantageous but not essential
