The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to champion their brand across the Leinster region. This is a dynamic, field-based role where you won't just sell products-you will become a trusted advisor to the biggest names in Irish construction. You will manage a high-value existing portfolio while hunting for exciting new project opportunities.
What You Will Do
Drive Regional Growth: Take full ownership of the Leinster territory, maximizing sales across large-scale housing and commercial projects.
Build Key Alliances: Partner directly with decision-makers, including developers, architects, quantity surveyors, and procurement managers.
Consult & Consultative Sell: Use your expertise to guide clients through their diverse product range, positioning Clay & Co as their ultimate supplier of choice.
Nurture Lifelong Partnerships: Move past transactional sales to build genuine, long-term relationships that yield repeat business.
