Our client is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their reputable dealership in Lightwater, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to enhance their career within a premium brand environment, specialising mainly in BMW vehicles.
Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, dependent on experience and brand knowledge
Flexible working hours, with options between 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday
Overtime available on Saturdays for additional earnings
Opportunity to work on prestigious vehicle marques, particularly BMW and Mercedes

Uniform and work tools provided
Modern workshop facilitiesDuties as a Vehicle Technician will involve:
Servicing and repairing vehicles, including mechanical repairs and suspension work (excluding heavy-duty jobs such as cambelts and clutches)
Carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to manufacturer standards
Preparing vehicles for sale and ensuring first-time fixes are achieved
Managing parts ordering and invoicing efficiently with suppliers
Maintaining high standards of work that reflect the dealership’s reputation
Supporting the workshop team with technical diagnostics and repairs across BMW, Mercedes, and other premium brands as requiredRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within the motor trade
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair procedures
Familiarity with PDI processes and parts ordering systems
Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
Experience working with premium vehicle brands is highly desirable
Professional attitude with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
