Your Pay
£15.50-£16.53 PAYE + 30 days Holiday
£17.52-£18.69 Advance Holiday
Overtime x1.5
Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:00-15:30
Hours That Work for You
Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:30
Weekends free. No nights. No rotating shifts.
Just steady, reliable daytime work in a clean, well‑run marine manufacturing environment.
Parking available on site
What You'll Be Doing
As a GRP Laminator, you'll be part of the team responsible for crafting the components that make Sunseeker yachts iconic. You'll get hands‑on with:
Hand‑lay GRP laminating
Preparing, laminating and releasing high‑quality moulds
Working to detailed production drawings
Delivering consistent, high‑end craftsmanship
Working with a supportive, experienced team to hit production milestonesEvery piece you work on will end up on a yacht that could be cruising in Monaco, Miami, the Maldives-or right off the UK coast. It's that level of impact.
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience with GRP laminating, composite work or similar hands‑on trades
A good understanding of Health & Safety, especially around resins and GRP
Strong attention to detail
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learnComing from automotive, aerospace, construction or another composite background? You'll fit right in
