Job Title: Community Mental Health Practitioner - CAMHS Crisis Team
Location: Telford Shropshire
Band: Band 6
Contract Type: Intial 6 week full time block booking, with the potential to be extended.
Salary: £19.52 - £37.07
Shifts: Long days, weekends, nights
About You:
Are you an experienced Mental Health community nurse with experience in CAMHS Crisis Team looking for a new and exciting role where you can work your way?

Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking urgent mental health and risk assessments
Supporting children and young people presenting in crisis
Developing and reviewing crisis plans
Working closely with families, carers and partner agencies
Liaising with acute services, including A&E and inpatient teams
Contributing to safe, effective and person-centred careEssential Qualifications:

NMC registration (valid and active).
A minimum of 6 months of NHS experience as in Community Mental Health
