HR ADVISOR SUMMARY OF ROLE - Newtown
*
To offer advice to managers and employees on HR matters such as the recruiting of new manufacturing staff, dealing with employee relations and performance management from disciplinary to grievance processes and performance to capability assessments for employees within the Welsh manufacturing business (Unit 79)
*
To provide comprehensive support to the Company across all aspects of HR.
*
Working closely with the HR team to ensure a high quality of HR Service is delivered to the business and external customers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
*
Experience in a similar HR role.
*
Accustomed to managing case load of disciplinaries, grievances etc.
*
knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
*
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
*
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
