The organisation has significant expansion plans, and you'll play a pivotal role in shaping services from the ground up while ensuring exceptional standards are achieved from day one.
If you're an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys building, improving and leading services—not simply maintaining them—this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Package:
* Competitive salary package, negotiable depending on experience - £55k-£70k
* Bonus Structure to be discussed , in line with milestone achievements.
* Live-in accommodation available if required.
* A rare opportunity to help create and shape a brand-new care home portfolio.

* Excellent career progression as the organisation continues to expand.
The Role
Working alongside senior leaders, you'll be instrumental in the development and mobilisation of a growing portfolio of care homes. Your expertise will help establish strong operational foundations, recruit and develop outstanding teams, embed a positive culture, and ensure every service delivers safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll influence the direction of the organisation while supporting services through their journey to becoming high-performing homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the launch, development and ongoing success of a growing portfolio of nursing and dementia care homes.
* Provide strong operational leadership, ensuring exceptional care standards are embedded from the outset.
* Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing management and care teams.
* Prepare services for CQC registration and inspections, maintaining excellent regulatory compliance.
* Establish effective governance, quality assurance and risk management systems.
* Drive occupancy, financial performance and sustainable growth.
* Implement continuous improvement plans and support positive service development.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners and local stakeholders.
* Promote a culture centred on compassion, dignity and outstanding resident outcomes.
About You
You'll be an experienced Registered Manager who thrives in environments where you can make a genuine difference and enjoys being involved in creating new services.
You'll ideally have:
* Previous experience managing a CQC-registered nursing or residential care home.
* Experience within nursing, dementia or elderly care services.
* Highly advantageous if you have a Nursing background and or live PIN/NMC status but not essential for the right candidate.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
* Experience improving services, managing change or supporting the opening or development of new homes would be highly advantageous.
* Strong commercial awareness alongside excellent people leadership skills.
* The confidence to build teams, influence others and drive high standards.
