Our client, a reputable automotive business based in Northampton, is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. Travel to customer locations to carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs efficiently.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
Work on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
Complete warranty repairs as required.
Conduct vehicle health checks and advise customers on additional work.
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, acting as a professional ambassador.
Complete all relevant paperwork and service records meticulously.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the local area.
Manage own workload independently and effectively.Requirements for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role:

Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Minimum of three years' experience as a Vehicle Technician.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Experience working on both passenger vehicles and LCVs is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to work independently with a professional attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.
