Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: East Sussex
Salary: £43,890k Basic
Shift: Monday to Friday Days – 37 hrs per week

Key Responsibilities:

As part of a team of experienced HGV Technicians, you will work on a variety of commercial vehicles. Your responsibilities include:
Conducting vehicle inspections
Performing routine servicing and scheduled maintenance
Carrying out reactive maintenance as required
Preparing and presenting vehicles for MOT testing
Diagnosing and rectifying running defects
Responsible for the purchase, maintenance, repair and disposal of its inventory of 188 vehicles and operational equipment including breathing apparatusRequirements:

Comprehensive knowledge of HGVs and trailers.
Industry-recognized qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3) in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
Previous experience as an HGV Technician
HGV class 2 licence minimumWhat’s on Offer:
