You'll be a central point of contact for customers and suppliers, working alongside a close-knit sales team.
Process customer orders and handle day-to-day customer service requests.
Interpret basic engineering drawings to prepare workshop job packs.
Prepare accurate quotations based on customer design and material requirements.
Order materials and coordinate with suppliers.
Keep the 25,000-item product database up to date.
Manage and store customer and internal documents.What you'll need to apply for the Sales Coordinator position
The ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings.
Experience with quotations and sales order processing in a manufacturing environment.
