This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment where delivering outstanding customer experiences is at the heart of everything they do.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide information and ensure a positive experience across multiple communication channels. You'll play a key role within a busy Customer Operations team, taking ownership of customer queries and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.

* Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services.

* Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when required.

* Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve service-related queries.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.

* Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.

* Manage your workload effectively to meet service and performance targets.

* Deliver a consistently high standard of customer care and professionalism.

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

* Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.

* Competent IT skills, including experience using computer-based systems.

* A resilient and adaptable approach when managing customer enquiries.
