We are looking for a Sourcing / Procurement Specialist, to join a large team buying for the Private and Public Sector within Healthcare, including Pharmaceutical, Medical and Surgical categories.
Salary – Up to £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Location – central Birmingham / Hybrid (2-3 days from home)
Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 8:30-4:30 (Flexible start/finish times) / Mon-Fri

This role supports end-to-end strategic sourcing across assigned healthcare product categories, developing strategies to drive value, mitigate risk, and improve supplier leverage.
What you'll be doing:
Manage the full procurement process, from market research and bid preparation through to contract launch.
Present sourcing strategies and final award recommendations to internal stakeholders and contribute to customer-facing presentations.
Building supplier relationships, reviewing products and technologies, and maintaining effective customer engagement at all levels.You’ll need 2–3 years’ procurement experience, with a track record in category management, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiations.
